DAY 2: EXPLORE VIENNA
Make your way by coach to historic Schoenbrunn Palace. Tour the impressive 1,441-room Baroque Palace, one of the most important architectural, cultural and historical monuments in the country.
Day 3: VIENNA: PERFORMANCE AND MOZARTHAUS
After breakfast, board the private coach to your first concert venue, Piarist Church. You will play here during the holy mess, (subject to availability). Also known as the Church of Maria Trieu, this is one of Vienna’s famous Baroque churches. In the afternoon, gain a deeper insight into the life and work of musical genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on a visit to the Mozarthaus.

Salzburg is the famous town where Mozart was born. It is a picturesque, breathtaking city known for its views of the Eastern Alps. With medieval, baroque style buildings, this authentic city is also home to the set of 'The Sound of Music', Salzburg Palace. Filmed in 1964, The Sound of Music put this 283 year old building on the map. While visiting Salzburg, your students will visit the museum preserving Mozart's childhood instruments and Hohenlsalzburg Fortress, the biggest fully preserved castle in Central Europe.
A spectacle of nature created by the river Brietach, the Breitachklamm Isone is one of the deepest gorges of the Bavarian Alps and is the deepest rocky gorge of Central Europe. The Klamm itself can be best described as roaring water, deep chasms and a symphony for the eyes and ears. Take in nature's music and give your students an experience to remember at this epic natural feat. The walkway is well constructed and this is a tourist attraction worth stopping for on your trip.
The magnificent city of Vienna has an artistic and musical legacy that was moulded by the likes of Mozart and Beethoven. It is known for its palaces, the Museums Quartier district and many famous works of art. More famous composers have lived in Vienna than any other city in the world. It has a lively jazz music scene with unforgettable live music experiences happening year round. Students will be inspired by the musical culture of Vienna - music is literally in the air.
