"This was the trip of a lifetime for our students, It’s definitely the furthest we have taken anyone from our school. By the time we got back we'd already had emails from parents thanking us and the senior team were straight onto that to say, ‘hey, what do you think about doing, doing this again next year?’ Everything went smoothly on the trip and we didn’t have any problems anywhere."

"In December 2023, 55 students and six teachers embarked on a combined Music, Dance, Drama, Visual Arts, and Design tour to New York City with Educating Adventures. We split into two groups: one focused on Visual Arts and Design, the other on Music and Performing ArtsThe service from Educating Adventures was exceptional, with the warm, wise and knowledgeable Tour Director, Bob, and friendly and super responsive Travel Agent, Thomas, ensuring that everything ran smooth"

"The planning/organisation was excellent. The itinerary provided worked well. The accommodation worked well and was convenient for the attractions we were seeing. The girls’ highlights were the excellent Space Camp at Kennedy Space Center, some of the girls’ loved Universal hugely and the Manatees were very popular"

H Fenton, Teacher at Stockport Grammar,
NASA trip July 2025

"I cannot thank you, as a company, enough. Ben was super in the opening communications to organise the trip. Thomas made the planning of the trip as easy as it could be. He found answers to any questions that I had and even supported parents when they encountered difficulties with waivers. He was hugely competent and always kind and positive. The whole planning process was really well organised. The trip went really smoothly and the pupils and staff had a fantastic time."

H Tallat, Teacher at Ursuline Academy Ilford, NASA Trip June 2025

"Excellent communication by Ben and Sophie! They always keep us at the heart of the trip! It was just so nice to wake up to that email letting us know that there would be the opportunity to see a rocket launch! I think that just got us excited about the trip. It was a very well-planned trip, and the hotel you recommended was really student-friendly and in the end it was a better call for our students."

Mr Emoni, Teacher at Beacon School,
NASA STEM May 2025

"Our Orlando trip with Educating Adventures was unforgettable. Witnessing the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket was a once-in-a-lifetime highlight that left both staff and students in awe. The NASA experience was deeply inspiring; many students spoke about pursuing STEM careers during and after the trip. Thomas, our trip coordinator, and Brittney, our tour guide, were both instrumental in making the trip such a success."

Lauren, Crookwell High School,
Japan Trip

"For me personally, the highlight was coming away from the trip with everyone having tried to use Japanese and half the group crying (with happiness) at Sydney Airport having formed such wonderful bonds with the adults and other students on the trip. It was so special! And one student wants to do exchange there next year. Our itinerary was tailor made to our group's needs and interests! All bases were covered and we have a lifetime of memories to share on what was a highly organised trip, thanks to EA!"

Teacher, Brigidine College Randwick,
NASA Stem Trip

"The experience for us was personalised, accessible and our consultant was interested in us. This makes the world of difference when you're travelling with students"

Nicky Hodson, Tauranga Girls College,
NZ Geography and Tourism

"The trip was amazing! Thanks again for all of your support. Your company has been awesome to deal with in our trips over the years."

Matthew, Student at Wellington College,
NASA Trip

The chance to go to the Kennedy Space Center and learn about the NASA space program is one that few are offered, so I am immensely grateful to my teachers for organising this incredible trip. It was useful to see topics we learn in school being applied in different real-world situations. The classes we took learning about Mars Rovers, as well as the Astronaut Training Experience at the Kennedy Space Center were amazing. This trip has shown me that there is much more to the world of physics than I could imagine."

Rachael Anderson, Wellington College,
NASA Trip

"The highlight for many of the boys was Astronaut training. The ATX center has only just opened and it gave a real insight into the lives as a astronaut. Experiences included a virtual reality mission to Mars and experiencing zero G. The boys also took part in a full simulation of a rocket launch."

Rodney Sipthorp, St Kevin's College,
Europe Art Trip

"Many thanks to 'Educating Adventures'  Laura Milner and James Whiteley who put together a faultless itinerary logically explained and supported on the ground in each country. All time schedules worked perfectly with nothing left to chance."

Kelly - St Mary's Anglican,
NASA Trip

"The girls loved every aspect of our Tour. Debbie, our guide, was fabulous and allowed the teachers to focus simply on the educational aspect of the Tour rather than logistical."

Cherie, Swan Christian College,
Italian Arts Trip

"I think you’re awesome at what you do! We wouldn’t want to work with anyone else – even if the price was better! We value your amazing knowledge, organization, help, and the support you give us much more than anything else."

We'd love to organise your school trip

Taking classroom learning outside can help enrich a student's educational experience by showing them real-life applications of theories that they are learning at school.
