Educating Adventures work with teachers across the globe to assist with planning, coordinating and managing the entire school trip process. We understand that one-size rarely fits all and can take care of most requests, right down to creating a bespoke programme. Our team is passionate, friendly and fun. However we are totally professional in our dealings with our clients, suppliers and partners. There is too much at stake not to be.
We work with schools to prepare tomorrow's global citizens by providing bespoke educational travel experience for students.
Our goal is to enable more schools to consider an educational school trip experience for their students. The knowledgeable team on the ground at each of our featured locations ensures a once in a lifetime trip and we aim to work with all of our teachers to comprehensively cater to all learning objectives.

See more about Tour Managers...Educating Adventures is dedicated to providing exciting, educational and safe trips to schools and students around the world. The safety of every traveller is of great importance to us. We have systems and procedures in place, to ensure the safety of our teachers, students and tour guides while on-tour, and before departure. It is essential that every individual has the resources, tools and guidance they need to deal with any situation.
Better to see something once than to hear about it a thousand times.
Travel can be unpredictable, and there are often unforeseen circumstances. We want every parent, principal, teacher and student to have confidence that every step is taken to prioritise their safety while away on their school trip. Over years of operation, we have developed a thorough risk assessment and incident management procedure. We offer 24-hour assistance while on tour and you can rest assured - your safety is our top priority. You're in good hands.

For the eco-conscious, travelling can present somewhat of a conundrum, and we are no exception, we send hundreds of students on life-changing educational and cultural experiences around the world - this, unfortunately, adds up to a lot of air miles and a lot of carbon emissions.
We’d be the first to admit our footprint isn’t perfect and with calls for unprecedented changes, we are happy to announce a new partnership to continue our sustainable development. We are proud to have partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects a global community that’s inspiring positive change in our world, to help reduce the impact of travelling.
"Every time a student is booked onto a trip we plant a tree on your behalf, making you part of a community changing the world"
Our Partners have so far planted over 250 million trees throughout Africa, contributing to positive social and environmental impacts in the areas that need it most.

Find out more...Liability Insurance
To protect both our company and our customers Educating Adventures has combined liability insurance incorporating public and products liability and professional indemnity cover. Our underwriters are QBE and First Underwriting Ltd.
Legal
Educating Adventures banks with Virgin Money, NAB, Citibank and the Bank of New Zealand. Our accountants and taxation advisers are Deloitte.
Financial Security
Educating Adventures protects and has in place bonding and trust accounts to give our clients peace of mind with regards to financial security. Each year we undergo a series of financial reviews with the various associations we are members of.
In the UK we hold an Air Travel Organisers License (ATOL) with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Our ATOL number is 9231. ATOL protects customers from losing money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses and requiring a financial guarantee called a bond. If a tour operator goes out of business the CAA will make a refund to the customer or if the customer is abroad they will arrange for the customer to finish their holiday and fly home.
In New Zealand we are a member of the Travel Agents Association of New Zealand (TAANZ). TAANZ has established a Bonding Scheme. As a member we subscribe to consumer protection arrangements including operating a client trust account. It is compulsory for every full member of TAANZ to belong to the Bonding Scheme.
In Australia we are a member of the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA). ATIA represents the majority of retail and corporate travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers and consolidators in Australia. In addition to an annual financial review we are also required to operate a client trust account. A trust account provides clients with peace of mind, knowing their money is safeguarded. Funds deposits are to be used only for securing the required travel package elements and not for funding day to day operational costs of the agency.
