In April 2018, the students from the Mount St Benedict College & Marist College North Shore departed on their Orlando, STEM trip from Australia. Their 11-day trip involved exciting activities such as a Universal tour, I-fly physics freefall workshop, the boggy creek airboats trip and the awesome Camp KSC International program with NASA.
"The teachers from both schools got on very well and this made it a really wonderful experience. I was a little wary of what may happen with taking both girls and boys from different schools but they really got on well and strong friendships have been forged, not to mention the way they worked together during the camp. The Space Camp and new facilities were out of this world and the students had a great time."

The student's spent time exploring the Florida Everglades with Boggy Creek Airports.
"We had an awesome trip and everything went smoothly. Peyton was a great tour guide and nothing was too difficult for her. She helped with lost shopping, meals for the gluten-free, vege people and her directions and knowledge helped both Rick and I take a back seat as the tour just rolled on without any great problems."
The final days of the STEM trip involved general admission to the Kennedy Space Center where students were able to take part in the Shuttle Launch Experience, twin 3D IMAX space films and more!
Thank you again for your organisation of the tour and I have penciled another in.
