School Trips to Silicon Valley, USA

Head over to the NASA Ames Centre to learn all about space and astro-physics and what it takes to become an astronaut. In the afternoon you will head over to The Tech Museum to learn all about new innovations being invented as we speak! NASA Ames is one of 10 NASA field Centres, check out Ames Spacecraft Missions, see the real lunar sample and learn about microgravity in space!   

DMA is affiliated with of Stanford’s School of New Media, and their fully customisable 1-5 day programs explore topics such as coding, robotics and music production, and are based on STEM and ‘design-thinking’. In addition to developing teens’ interests and passions for the latest tech, their programs foster personal growth, confidence, and independence; preparing students for life beyond high school and college.

Among the sites you’ll see are: the Google, Linked In, and eBay campuses; Stanford University; and the small, unassuming Palo Alto garage that’s known worldwide as the place where Hewlett-Packard was born.
